Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CareWaly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings made through CareWaly are agreements between you and the salon.
• CareWaly facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement.
• Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time.
• No-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.

4. For Salon Owners

• Salon owners must provide accurate business information.
• Services and pricing must be kept up to date.
• Salons must honor bookings made through the Platform.
• CareWaly reserves the right to suspend or remove salons that violate these terms.

5. Reviews & Content

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
• Fake reviews, spam, or abusive content will be removed.
• Salon owners may respond to reviews but must maintain professional conduct.
• By posting content, you grant CareWaly a non-exclusive license to display it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content

7. Limitation of Liability

CareWaly provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality of salon services. We are not liable for any disputes between customers and salons.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
